0점은 없나요.. 환자에 대한 존중이 없어요. 환자한테 징징댄다는 게 할 말인가요..? 기본적으로 말투에 불친절이 깔려있어요. 여기서 치료가 늦어져서 오래 고생했어요. 몇 년 고생한 거 다른 곳에서 멀쩡히 치료했어요. 티비에 나온다고 다 유능한 게 아니더군요.
