전화 상담원이 불친절하네요. 내시경 상담을 하다 먼저 건강검진 얘기를 꺼내셔서 그건 비용처리는 어떻게 하는지 물어보니 말투가 제가 자세히 물어봤는지 길게 설명하는게 짜증나는지 타박하듯이 설명해주었습니다. 방문전 전화문의는 대학병원이나 개인병원이나 반대편에서 느낄만큼 다 톡톡쏘는 간호사님들의 불친절한 말투들이 특징이네요. 전화응대를 겸하는 서비스직인데도 원래 이런지.. 첫 방문 전인데 방문전 전화응대를 좀 더 친절하게 할수 없었던 건가요? 위 상태가 안좋은거같아 내시경을 할필요가 있어서 갈예정인데 없는거였으면 당장이라도 예약취소하고싶네요.
