Once connected: "Sorry for the delay in answering" script (I don't understand who came up with having them say this) They should find the root cause and fix it — I've heard this complaint since earlier this year, it's pathetic Either add more phone-reservation staff or shorten the time it takes to process a reservation 3. When you call to book, what kind of system is it where the counselor has to call the relevant department again themselves to ask and then relay the info back to you? Of course this naturally makes call times even longer 4. Personally, since a lot of the veterans are elderly, call times will naturally run longer than at other hospitals' reservation lines, so shouldn't there be more counselors? 5. Since veterans and their families use the 7-Eleven here, wouldn't it make more sense for it to be run by the Armed Forces Welfare Corps instead of a Japanese-brand store?

This is the top-tier tertiary hospital of the Veterans Health Service, established to provide medical care for veterans who devoted themselves to the country and their bereaved families. If you have a referral letter, the general public can be treated too, but since the daily number of visitors is so high, I wouldn't recommend it for general care. Every treatment department available in Korea is operating here, and the number of medical staff on duty rivals other major university hospitals in Seoul. However, the number of daily outpatients is quite large, to the point where you'd wonder if there are really that many veterans and bereaved family members eligible for veteran benefits. For veterans-eligible patients needing major treatment like surgery, this hospital is quite advantageous in terms of both medical service and cost.

The staff here, from the doctors to the parking lot attendants, are unkind across the board. Maybe it's because there's not much money in it and there are so many elderly patients, but everyone seems irritable.. Never going back
