I visited because of back and joint pain, and overall it was a very satisfying medical experience. The director listened carefully to my symptoms and explained things in an easy-to-understand way, which put me at ease, and the treatment process was carried out systematically, which built trust. After the procedure, the pain eased a lot, making daily life much more comfortable. The hospital facility was clean and the ward environment was pleasantly managed too, so I could receive treatment comfortably. The nurses and staff also helped kindly, so overall it was a good experience. I'd recommend this hospital to anyone who needs pain treatment or orthopedic care.

Director Jung Jong-won treated me well over the course of a year, and I successfully completed everything through to the pin removal surgery. Also, Deputy Director Cha Jin-young paid close attention to me from the very start, so I never felt uncomfortable. The facilities inside the hospital were well set up too, and the other staff took great care of me kindly, so it was a really great experience.
