의료진은 우수하다고 들어서 청담마리에서 진료 및 출산예정중이다. 청담마리 산부인과를 인터넷에 검색해보면 1층 접수처 직원들이 불친절하다고 몇몇 게시글을 볼 수 있다. 근데 막상 당해보니 왜 그런지 알 것 같다. 산모가 몸이 좋지 않아서 원래 진료예정일보다 급하게 진료를 보게 되었다. 전화로 증상에 대해 미리 이야기하였고, 내원하여 접수처에서 다시한번 증상을 이야기하면 안내하주겠다고 했다. 내원을 하여 접수처에서 증상을 이야기하려는데 말을 끊고 퉁명스럽게 환자차트를 찾은 다음 다시 부를테니 앉아있으라고 하였다. 환자이면서 산모를 데리고 이게 할 태도인가. 대기 산모가 많다고 그런건지 귀찮음이 섞인 목소리와 표정...기다리면서 짜증이 계속 났다. 청담마리 산부인과는 접수처 직원들의 서비스 교육과 개선이 꼭 필요하다. 산부인과에서 좀 더 친절해야 산모와 아기에게 악영향을 끼치지 않을 것이다.
