I was told these were mandatory tests before tonsil surgery, so I got them done, but it turns out they included a bad-breath test and a voice test that I didn't actually need, and the non-covered pre-surgery test costs alone came to 110,000 won. The bad-breath test is just holding a straw in your mouth and inhaling — that's it — and it cost 50,000 won. The voice test isn't a COVID test, it's literally just a voice check where you say "ahh" and that's it — and they charged 60,000 won for that. Suspicious of how simple and pointless the bad-breath (halitosis) and voice tests seemed, I called the hospital. At first someone who seemed to be a front-desk staff member answered and connected me to a business manager, who said they'd connect me to someone with more specialized knowledge. But according to that person, bad-breath and voice tests aren't done after surgery. Originally, the bad-breath test is supposed to check for changes in bad breath after surgery, and the voice test is supposed to check for voice changes after surgery — so it seemed strange that they wouldn't do the test again after surgery. I asked again to make sure, and they confirmed that was correct. So I asked to speak directly with this hospital's director. A few hours later, I got a call from Director Ju Hyeong-ro. As soon as the call started, an angry voice came through the phone, and he even mixed in informal, disrespectful language partway through. In the end we agreed I'd get a refund for the non-covered items and I hung up, but being suddenly yelled at and spoken to disrespectfully by a patient he'd never even met in person left a really bad taste. Afterward I spoke with someone who identified themselves as the hospital's business manager, and we agreed on a refund. But when I said during the call that I didn't want to visit in person for the refund, this person also suddenly got angry. Then they blamed me for the fault of an unnecessary test, and said, "I find this refund process annoying too, I want to get it over with quickly," which made me feel humiliated, as if I were being treated like a beggar while I was right there listening. (Edit) I'm not writing this to say don't get surgery at this hospital. I'm just leaving this so people know, at minimum, that these two tests aren't necessary before getting tonsil surgery, for reference. When I check from another account, my comment doesn't show up? Seems like they've blocked comments. I was so disgusted by them blocking comments that I got my refund and had surgery at a different hospital instead.

I got sick while traveling in Seoul, and family living there recommended I get checked out here. Even wearing a mask, my chest kept itching and making me cough. I tried to hold it in for the two hours I waited for treatment. I finally got called into the exam room, but I had to walk in so fast that it made me cough. And I got scolded by the doctor because of the coughing! There was absolutely no courtesy shown toward a patient. People come here because they're sick, not to be treated this carelessly! I left with a genuinely terrible impression. The medication the doctor prescribed didn't work at all either. I absolutely do not recommend this "hospital."

Even one star is too generous. In particular, I never want to see Dr. Ju Hyeong-ro again. I went because I heard he was good at treating sleep apnea, but his attitude of answering patient questions half-heartedly and being annoyed without giving proper explanations made me genuinely doubt whether he has the basic qualities of a doctor. And why are the consultation and test fees so expensive... Is this really a specialty hospital? I'd just recommend going to a university hospital instead!

I went for rhinitis treatment, and while there were a lot of patients, overall the staff were kind and the director explained things thoroughly too, which I liked. When I mentioned my throat hurt in addition to the rhinitis, they sent me to a doctor in another room who handles throat issues, so I got good treatment. It's not just ENT — there's also internal medicine, neurology, and dermatology, so it seems good for getting related treatments all at once.

I stayed in a 2-person room for tonsillectomy surgery and treatment. Overall, the 4-person rooms don't even have an in-room bathroom, and the price difference from the 2-person room is barely anything, so I recommend the 2-person room. The food is decent, and other than one dinner, all meals come as porridge. The nurses were kind and responded quickly too, which was great.

I went there after hearing about the doctor's reputation, but they don't examine the patient's condition thoroughly at all. And the price is an absurd rip-off. It's way too expensive. Other private clinics are much kinder, examine you more thoroughly, explain things better, and are cheaper too.

I had deviated septum surgery and was told by the director it went well, but I got a second opinion at another hospital saying the surgery didn't actually turn out well. In fact my septum is still crooked.

This is an ENT specialty hospital, and the doctor's manner is calm and explains things well, which makes it a reassuring hospital.

Even though I only came in for tests to make money for them, they piled on a ton of extra ones on top of that.. ㅠㅠ
