The two young women doing the PCR test are the worst. They don't just gently insert the swab into the nose, they shove it in forcefully, and I thought the swab would pop out of my eye! I’ve had PCR tests at Korean and Thai hospitals before, and I didn’t feel pain and it was over quickly, but at Gangseo-gu Public Health Center, they inserted the swab roughly, and the sample came out on its own right there! My husband, who has experienced such a rough PCR twice, didn’t seem very surprised, but he said it was very painful. There’s no need to shove it in so roughly; even if you do it gently, the results come out just as well... I also wanted to shove the swab into that young woman’s nose and see how she felt! How did it feel?!! Anyway, it’s a PCR test that makes me want to curse.

I trusted the guidance of the staff at counter 2 on the first floor of the health center, but even after checking my documents, they incorrectly told me to go to the second floor, which caused unnecessary trouble, significant damage, and delays. During that process, multiple department staff had a hard time verifying, and eventually another staff member came down to the first floor with me to guide me again and apologized. The complainant has no choice but to trust the counter guidance. The misguidance itself is problematic, but what was most disappointing was that the staff at that counter did not apologize or provide responsible explanations. As a public institution, I hope they ensure accurate verification and prevent recurrence.

They treated me roughly as if I had met my parent’s enemy. I understand they repeat the same thing to many people, so it’s hard, but their touch wasn’t just painful, it was irritating and felt like they were annoyed.

They are not open today, but it was written as open, so I made a wasted trip. The same was listed as open on Naver as well, and I am angry.

I’ve had COVID tests at several places, but this was the least painful and most professional. It was really quick, and I was moved.

They say they haven't done rapid antigen tests since early March. I was told over the phone that I could do it, but it was a wasted trip.

The tone is very unfriendly. It seems to be a typical characteristic of Korea.

They will make the incision smaller, but still do it without pain ^^
