I suddenly needed surgery and was admitted to Jangteun Wituen Hospital, and I was discharged not long ago. I was worried about university hospitals having very long waits and complicated procedures, so I trusted and chose this specialist hospital, which is well known for gastroenterology and colorectal care. I'm leaving an honest review for anyone like me who is worried about being admitted. The directors seem very experienced, so everything from the pre-surgery explanation to aftercare was really clear and professional. In particular, the ward nurses are so kind. They frequently checked whether anything hurt or felt uncomfortable and took such attentive care of me that I could focus purely on recovery, feeling at ease, the whole time I was admitted. There was also no sense of overtreatment at all, which built even more trust. The whole hospital is generally clean and hygiene is well managed. The cleaning staff regularly and thoroughly cleaned the bathrooms and common areas too. I got fast, professional treatment with no waiting, to the point that I felt glad I hadn't gone to a big university hospital. If you're in the Gwanak-gu area and considering surgery or admission for gastroenterology or colorectal issues, I strongly recommend Jangteun Wituen Hospital!

Since my mother wasn't feeling well, I was worried and wanted to get an endoscopy done for her too, so I brought her to Jangteun Wituen Hospital near our house and went up to the 2nd floor for internal medicine consultation. There was a health checkup promotion so I came to get checked — figured if I was going to do it anyway, doing it during the promotion for the discount seemed better. It was the gold package. The doctors were kind, and there were a lot of people getting gastroscopy/colonoscopy under sedation, chest CT, and even ultrasound, but there was hardly any wait and I got everything done right away. I think I'll come again next year.

My wife went for a health checkup and was contacted that there might be a lung nodule from the X-ray, so she booked a CT scan the next day, and after confirming the tumor... the hospital scheduled appointments at a third-level medical institution and prepared all related documents. I've never seen such a meticulous hospital in my life.
