접수하고 1시간을 대기하였는데 아무런 말이 없음. 도대체 언제 진료를 볼 수 있는거냐고 문의하자 30분을 더 대기하라고 함. 소아과는 진료가 가능하여서 바로 진료를 볼 수 있었음. 처음부터 내과 진료 대기 시간이 1시간이 넘으며, 소아과 진료는 바로 가능하니 선택하라고 할 수 있는 상황이었음에도 불구하고 간호조무사들의 근무태만으로 인하여 아픈 환자가 수두룩하게 약속도 없는 진료를 대기함.
