Worst hospital!! I’ve never seen a hospital like this in my life. When I arrived, it looked like a market, and everything was chaotic. The nurses working there were running around breathlessly, and I really disliked it. The departments I saw, ㅅㅅㅈ and the responsible nurse, were shocking for their unkindness and lack of sincerity in treatment. No matter how busy you are, look after my treatment properly. Are you doing it because I pay less? The responsible doctor also mumbled explanations like reading a book, in a hurried manner. The nurse kept making noise next to me, and when I said thank you, she just looked at me rudely and said 'no'. It was so ridiculous. I don’t know if that doctor is popular or what, but you, the subordinate staff, and the doctor himself, need to wake up. I felt so disgusted.

I went to make a reservation for a female doctor consultation, but since most doctors are women, it was more comfortable to see only female doctors. This hospital is famous for having many female staff, so I chose here. But the staff who called me said I couldn’t see a female doctor and that they were too busy, so only male doctors were available. Then they said I would have to wait about two hours for a female doctor, and in emergency cases only male doctors are available. It felt like I was coming for my first consultation and that it would take that long from the start. I tried several times to make an appointment with a female doctor, but they kept refusing, saying it was uncertain when it would be possible. I was so disappointed that I left the hospital.

I went to get sutures done in the surgery. Dr. Ham and the staff took good care of me, so there was no pain during the procedure, and post-care was also good. I didn’t have any private insurance, but there was no over-treatment at all. If I need to go to surgery again, I want to visit here.

I visited for cervical cancer screening and was examined by a male doctor. His superficial answers and laughter in response to questions were unpleasant and embarrassing. I think the medical staff's attitude needs improvement. Consider other hospitals.

I received postpartum care here after giving birth! The facilities are clean and the program was well-organized, so I liked it~ The difference between proper care and not is huge, and since I received systematic management at Gwang'an Jamo, my body seemed to recover fasterㅎㅎ

My menstrual cycle became very irregular over several months, so I went for a check-up. It was the first time experiencing this, so I was worried, but the staff spoke warmly and explained the test results in detail, which reassured me!

The 3rd floor nursing department was unfriendly. I went for a check-up, but they didn’t explain anything properly, and I felt bad. The male doctor was also unfriendly. I don’t think I will go again.

I'm in the early stages of pregnancy and visited due to irregular bleeding. Thank you to the male doctor for reassuring me when I was so worried.ㅠ

I visited together for my parents’ health check-up, and it was very good because there was no long wait and it was done quickly ㅎㅎ

There was no obstetrics and gynecology clinic near my house, but from now on I will go here!! The staff are friendly and nice.

I'm attending rehabilitation therapy. Both the director and the therapists are kind.
