Consulting via LINE was really convenient, and the whole Chinese-language consultation process went smoothly. The consultant was really kind and answered all my questions! After the booking was confirmed, they took a small deposit of about 1,000 NTD. The treatment I got was the Premium Comprehensive Package. <Before & after care + whitening laser toning + V-RO Advance full face + Skinvive aqua injection> ₩1,450,000 (with consultation discount, about NT$28,000 after tax refund) *November promotion offered a free V-RO Advance neck treatment On the morning of the treatment I went to the wrong location (Google Maps seems to still show the old branch, so the new branch needs Naver navigation!). There was a Chinese-speaking consultant at the counter (fluent, no accent, seemed to be Taiwanese). Not sure if it was the same person as my online consultant. The therapist kindly confirmed that day's treatment, went over the treatment process again, and gave a detailed explanation of the cost and tax refund. Then finally it was time to consult with the doctor. A Chinese-speaking staff member interpreted and helped with communication throughout the consultation, and kindly answered every question I had for the doctor! It was really great. I didn't even need to ask again later — I got my answer right away! Since this was my first aesthetic treatment, I can't personally speak to the experience or pain from before. But what I'd strongly recommend is the pre- and post-treatment massage and relaxation session! The therapist's massage and relaxation technique was amazing. Next time I definitely want to get the full massage and relaxation session with the same therapist again! Thanks to the neck and shoulder relaxation before and after the treatment and the therapist's deep calming technique, the pain during the treatment was eased. (Aesthetic treatments can be painful, but the pre-treatment relaxation helped prevent the pain and tension from kicking in too quickly, and the post-treatment relaxation quickly eased the tension in my body too.) Overall it was excellent. However, redness and swelling after the treatment vary a lot depending on individual constitution. For the first few hours after treatment my face was very red and a bit swollen, with quite a few small marks too. But by that evening the redness had mostly gone down, and the next day only slight swelling remained — enough that with makeup and social distancing my face didn't look bad. As of day 3 now, the small marks on my face have almost completely healed, the neck wrinkles have noticeably faded, and my pores have started shrinking too. I'm hoping the overall result becomes even more noticeable after 1-2 weeks! After the treatment they gave me two sachets of regenerating face cream, one tube of sunscreen, and two sachets of BB cream (various shades). At first I worried they'd try to sell me other products, but they just gave small samples to take home. During the consultation the doctor mentioned other treatments he'd recommend, and the consultant explained the cost and side effects such as pigmentation. I could evaluate and decide after the treatment with plenty of information. Since I had a travel schedule the next day, I ended up deciding not to get the other treatments the doctor recommended. There was absolutely no further push or pressure, which I really appreciated! I think even people who fear pressure and don't know how to say no could get treated here without feeling burdened! Considering the whole experience, I'll definitely choose She's again next time. It's not the cheapest place in Busan, but I got real peace of mind.

The cosmetic procedures I experienced in Taiwan are only basic treatments like dual laser or PicoSure laser… (I only found out last year, and after researching Taiwanese cosmetic procedures, I learned the following facts.) 1. Botox for forehead wrinkles costs over NT$10,000 depending on the number of treatments per minute. 2. Hyaluronic acid injections for the nasal bridge cost NT$200,000 depending on the number of treatments per minute. Based on my experience in Korea, I decided to try cosmetic procedures. The first place I received cosmetic procedures in Korea was Busan. I had the procedures at a hospital called SHE’S in Nampo. Both Botox (55,000 won / lasts 3-6 months) and hyaluronic acid (165,000 won / lasts 1-1.5 years) were Korean products. SHE’S had only one doctor. I first met with a counselor to discuss only the procedures I wanted. There was no hard sell at all. After that, I received local anesthesia injections (comfortably in the waiting room) and then the procedure. After anesthesia, I consulted again with the doctor to confirm the procedure details and expected results. Once everything was confirmed, the procedure was carried out. (Throughout, a Chinese-speaking interpreter was with me, and I can speak Korean, so both sides were very professional.) Highly recommend! If I go to Busan in April, I will definitely visit again!!

If you're thinking about nose surgery and want natural and satisfying results, She’s Clinic in Busan is the best choice! The surgeon is highly skilled and very kind, so the recovery process was smooth without any bruising! The hospital has an English interpreter (Lily, thank you so much!), making everything efficient and comfortable. Nurse Kim Jung-eun, who helped with post-op care for several days after the surgery, was also very kind and warm, so I could relax and feel at ease throughout. I highly recommend this hospital! ☺️

From the initial reservation to on-site visit, a staff member who speaks Chinese accompanied me. Thanks to their kindness, I was able to spend my time comfortably. The interior, decorated in a calm and warm color scheme, was impressive. Because the prices are high, there weren't many tourists. The reservation process was one-on-one, and from start to finish, I experienced it comfortably without rushing or feeling hurried! In Taiwan, you can make medical appointments and consult in Chinese using LINE. When you arrive at the hospital, all services are provided in Chinese. The director personally performed the treatment, which made me feel even more reassured. The service was friendly and warm, and I was truly satisfied! If given the chance, I definitely want to visit again!
