I had a hairline transplant done a while back at a famous hospital that everyone would recognize by name, and I paid quite a lot for it. At the time I thought, since it's such a famous place, it would obviously turn out well, but as it turned out, my case ended up looking really mismatched with my face. Rather than looking natural, the line looked obviously "planted" at a glance, and when I exposed my forehead, my expression looked way too intense. Before, I didn't really care about showing my forehead, but after that I felt uncomfortable going outside without bangs. It bothered me even when it was windy, and whenever I took photos I'd automatically check my bangs first. At first I thought it would get better with time, but the more I looked at it, the more the awkward feeling remained, so I eventually started looking into a revision. But since I already had one experience of being unhappy with the result, I really agonized a lot over doing it again — worried about what if it went wrong again. It didn't feel like a rushed, factory-style process — the director personally examined me and performed the surgery using the slit method, which I also liked. Honestly, a revision inevitably requires more caution than a first surgery. I was worried it might fail again, and I really had no answer if that happened, but during the consultation I felt like it would be okay to try it here, so I decided to go ahead. I'd also heard that people even come from Japan and China because of the director's skill, and after the consultation I could see why people said that. It's only day 2 now so it's way too early to talk about the final result, but just looking at the line alone, it already seems much better than before. The peak area, which I was most concerned about, was also well preserved, and overall the line feels softer rather than stiff and artificial like before. There's still swelling, and I'll have to get through the "dark period" ahead to really know, but at this point my mind feels a lot more at ease. I really hope this time it settles in naturally. I'll post an update review after seeing how it progresses at the 2-week mark. Update after 6 months: It's been 6 months since my hair transplant, and everything is going really well. I've added a new photo of myself wearing a black headband. My hair is growing well, there's no tangling, and my hairline is perfect. I'm really satisfied! Original review (first part): This is day 6 after my hairline revision surgery (FUE). The swelling isn't severe and there's almost no pain. Above all, the hairline design is very feminine and natural. My previous doctor used a design that was too masculine and transplanted the hair too deep, which caused tangling. I'll post additional updates as my hair grows more. The service is excellent too, and the hospital atmosphere is as comfortable as a spa.

An interpreter stayed with me during the procedure too, so they told me what was being done and what medications were being used, which reassured me. They also talked to me during the procedure, which relaxed my tension⭐️ The procedure using microneedles felt nice. The doctor administered the injections, but it didn't hurt at all — much less than I'd worried, which surprised me.
